Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return if: *(Only with unboxing video as a proof with complete recieved package shown)

• Wrong product received

• Damaged product received

• Defective item received

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-returnable:

• Personal care products

• Beauty/cosmetic items once opened

• Products damaged by customer misuse

Return Request Time

Customers must request returns within 2 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Have original packaging

• Include all accessories and tags

Refund Process

Once approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• If the mistake is ours, return shipping may be covered by us.

• If customer ordered by mistake, shipping charges may not be refundable.

Fake Claims
